This Fine Art, Silver Gelatin Print of the restaurant kitchen in Los Caracoles, Barcelona.
During a visit to Barcelona Keith took this black and white image after him and a few friends had enjoyed a meal in the restaurant and had been chatting to the owner. After telling him what Keith did for a living he offered Keith the chance to photograph the chefs in kitchen. Of course Keith jumped at this and spent the next 20 minutes in the kitchen trying not to disturb the chefs..
He used a Nikon F5 camera with Ilford film which he processed in his darkroom.
This beautiful silver gelatin print would suit any dining room or kitchen and is the perfect addition to any wall space.

Processing of orders and stock availability
We aim to process all enquiries and orders within 24 hours. All prices are quoted in UK sterling pounds and are inclusive of VAT.

Availability of products is subject to change without notice. If a product is out of stock we endeavour to notify you within 24 hours of us receiving your order. We will advise you when your purchase is expected and discuss your options with you. In this case, delivery may take longer but we will keep you informed at every stage about your order. Some limited edition prints orders may take 8-10 days, depending on stock levels as these are individually printed.

If after we have confirmed your order we discover any unforeseen reason as to why we cannot complete it, we will cancel your order, in full or in part, and advise you by email or phone call, and refund when necessary. We will also offer you other options if this is acceptable. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, but in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when placing your order.

You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been dispatched. When ordering prints we will email you with a parcel tracking number and estimated delivery date.  If you require your order urgently for a special occasion, please CONTACT US PRIOR TO ORDER.

Delivery Information within the UK

Please be aware that many of our products are handcrafted, therefore please allocate enough time for this process to take place.  At Keith Moss Fine Art Photography (T/A Keith Moss Gallery) , we pride ourselves on offering our customers a personal service and will advise you on the progress of your order. Upon receipt of order, a member of our team will contact you to discuss your individual requirements and expected delivery timescale. If you have a special occasion or event coming up and you require your purchase quickly.  Please contact us to prior to order, to ensure your delivery requests can be met.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Keith Moss Fine Art Photography (T/A Keith Moss Gallery) will not accept responsibility for delivery of orders which do not arrive on time, due to circumstances beyond our control. We will of course, make every effort to dispatch the items within the required timescale and contact you if we think your order may be delayed.  As long as the item is trackable, has been despatched on the date specified and was scheduled for delivery as requested by the customer, Keith Moss Fine Art Photography (T/A Keith Moss Gallery)  is under no obligation to send a duplicate item or refund any postage costs.


Your statutory rights are not affected in this case and the customer will still be under obligation to accept the goods when they arrive and use the returns procedure detailed to request a refund if you no longer require the item. Keith Moss Fine Art Photography (T/A Keith Moss Gallery)  will not be held responsible for purchases which arrive too late. We recommend that all customers allow adequate time for their order to be delivered. However, we will do everything possible to help you.

UK Delivery Charges
Delivery Charges (UK & Northern Ireland):
Website default shipping is FREE using Royal Mail first class delivery.
If you require express delivery please contact us to see if it is feasible.  The customer may be charged for this delivery.  It is at the discretion of Keith Moss Fine Art Photography (T/A Keith Moss Gallery)  and the value of the purchase.

Delivery Information Outside the UK
We aim to dispatch orders received from outside the UK within 1/2 working days; however we cannot take any liability or guarantee delivery times. Please contact Royal Mail for further information. All packages must be signed for upon receipt. If you require a quick and fully traceable service, then please contact us prior to your order for a quote for international courier delivery.
Important: Please note orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Packaging
Greetings cards are packaged and posted and sent flat in appropriate packaging. All Open Edition and Limited Edition Prints are sent  packaged and posted flat, not in tubes, and in appropriate packaging.

Our Responsibility
Keith Moss Fine Art Photography (T/A Keith Moss Gallery)  cannot be held responsible for any disruption to services beyond our control. Whilst we endeavour to correct any disruption to our service, we do not make any promise that our website or service is error free. We believe that our photographs and description show and describe our products as accurate as possible, however colours of products supplied may differ slightly online.

RETURNS POLICY

Cancelling your order
Under the 'United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations Act' you have seven working days from ordering your goods ('cooling-off period') to cancel and obtain a full refund. Purchases must be returned in original condition and packaging.
We accept returns or exchanges for items returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 working days of receiving the item. We will accept exchanges and returns for sale items.

We will only accept returns if we have been notified within 7 days of you receiving the product that you wish to obtain a refund or exchange. We require all goods to be returned to us within a further 7 days (a total of 14 days from delivery to you). All returns must include all the original item packaging.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do take extra care of all goods to ensure they remain in the same perfect new condition as dispatched, unless you have decided to keep them as failure to do so will be classed as your acceptance of the goods. If any items are returned in a marked condition, we will return them to you without processing a refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to reject an order if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.  

Returns Postage
If you are returning an item for refund or exchange, we regret we are unable to refund postage and packing, unless the items are found faulty and being replaced - in this case we shall cover standard postage costs of returning the items and replace them for you. Should you require a refund only, we are not able to refund the delivery costs, only the value of the unwanted goods that are being returned to us.

We require all returns to be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, or Special Delivery should the purchase be of a value more than £50.00. This will ensure that you are compensated should your goods be lost or damaged in transit. If an item is lost in transit as a result of being sent by Standard Royal Mail first or second class post, we will not be able to process a refund for the item.

How do I return an item?
Please email us advising us of your reason for return, within 7 days of purchase.
Once we have responded to your request and confirmed return, we will email you a returns form.

Refund / Exchange Information
Any returns or exchanges accepted by Keith Moss Fine Art Photography (T/A Keith Moss Gallery)  will be credited via your original method of payment. The credit or difference in amount for an exchanged product will be credited / debited accordingly not including any original postage costs. If you have notified us of your intent to return the item or if your returned item has any originally enclosed parts damaged or missing, this will result in a delay in processing your refund.

If you have requested a refund, you will receive an email within 7 days to confirm that your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.  If after this time you have not been refunded, please email us at keith@keithmoss.co.uk

If you have requested an exchange item, you will receive an email within 3-5 working days to confirm that your exchange item has been dispatched.
